ABOUT DR O'HARA

Dr Meghan O'Hara (she/her/hers) has been specializing in pelvic health physical therapy since 2016. She attended physical therapy school at Duke University after working as a student intern in Sports Medicine and Athletic Training while in undergrad at Stanford University. Meghan loved working with athletes, but was drawn to pelvic health during her time at Duke University when she realized how integral to quality of life that pelvic health is.

She is passionate about helping people of all ages and genders stay active, healthy, and happy by providing personalized physical therapy and wellness care. Dr. Meghan is a self-described life long learner and huge anatomy nerd. She has completed certifications in orthopedics from IAMT and pelvic health from Herman and Wallace. She also trained as a lactation consultant through UNC Chapel Hill and is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).

Outside of treating, Meghan assists in education with local universities in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program, and with professional continuing education at Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.

When she's not seeing patients in the clinic, Meghan is an avid runner and long time equestrian, coffee enthusiast, tennis player, aspiring golfer, and terrible potter, and loves to be outdoors as much as possible.
