Dr. Meghan O'Hara has been practicing physical therapy in the Triangle since 2016. She found her passion for merging pelvic health and athletics while at Duke, and is thrilled to be bringing these services to the downtown Raleigh community.

Meghan is deeply passionate about awareness for pelvic health conditions and providing exceptional, personalized treatments for pelvic health.  She holds two specialty certifications, and practices in a holistic manner with a focus on manual therapy combined with exercise. Her treatments are diverse, and often include trigger point dry needling, massage techniques, taping, cupping, gua sha, and exercise.
