Dr. Meghan O'Hara has been practicing physical therapy in the Triangle since 2016. She found her passion for merging pelvic health and athletics while at Duke, and is thrilled to serve the downtown Raleigh community.

Meghan is a lifelong equestrian, runner, and tennis player. She understands the demands of a variety of sports, and recognizes the importance both physically and mentally of being able to do the things you love without pain.

Meghan is deeply passionate about awareness for pelvic health conditions and providing exceptional, personalized treatments for pelvic health.  She holds two specialty certifications, and practices in a holistic manner with a focus on manual therapy combined with exercise. Her treatments are diverse, and often include trigger point dry needling, massage techniques, taping, cupping, gua sha, and exercise.
