Meghan 
O'Hara

Dr. Meghan O'Hara has been practicing physical therapy in the Triangle since 2016. She found her passion for merging pelvic health and athletics while at Duke, and is thrilled to be bringing these services to the downtown Raleigh community. 

Meghan is deeply passionate about awareness for pelvic health conditions and providing exceptional, personalized treatments for pelvic health.  She holds two specialty certifications, and practices in a holistic manner with a focus on manual therapy combined with exercise. Her treatments are diverse, and often include trigger point dry needling, massage techniques, taping, cupping, gua sha, and exercise.  

  • BA in Human Biology - Stanford University

  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy - Duke University

  • Certification in Pelvic Rehabilitation - Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute 

  • Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist - Institute of Advanced Musculoskeletal Treatments

Momentum Physiotherapy

Momentum Physiotherapy was born out of a pressing need to bring high quality, patient centered pelvic health services to the downtown Raleigh area. 

Momentum Physiotherapy and Wellness is an out-of-network physical therapy provider specializing in pelvic health and orthopedics. As an out of network provider, we are able to provide exceptional, personal, and individualized care, with one on one appointments and no surprise bills. We are a direct access provider and do not require a referral to be seen. 

We do not bill insurance, but will provide detailed receipts that patients can submit to insurance for reimbursement.
